The company's R & D testing center (referred to as: R & D center) and the China Building Materials Institute, Luonai Institute, Zhengda High-temperature Research Institute and other scientific research units to implement production, learning and research cooperation alliance. It has established a R&D mechanism centered on project team, market-oriented, and closely connected with production and use. It mainly carries out research and development of new products, material technology research and product testing. In March 2020, the R&D and testing center was recognized as "Henan Provincial Aluminum and Silicon Functional Refractories Engineering and Technology Research Center".
There are 12 technicians in the center, including 2 professor-level senior engineers, 3 material engineers, 6 professional technical inspectors, with strong technical force. R & D testing center covers an area of about 600 square meters, has a complete refractory testing equipment and a series of international leading level of modern analysis and characterization means, instrumentation assets totaling 8.6 million yuan. It has won more than 30 patents and scientific research achievements at national, provincial and municipal levels.
