Phosphoric acid impregnated clay brick is made of high quality coke gem, electric melting mullite, "three stone" material and special admixture combined by high pressure forming, high temperature sintering, and then by vacuum phosphoric acid pool impregnation, drying, which is mainly used in blast furnace cooling wall brick masonry. It has the characteristics of high compressive strength, high softening temperature under load, low creep rate at high temperature and excellent thermal shock resistance.
